**Announcement Regarding Rodeo Bull Rentals and Weather Considerations**
Please be aware that weather conditions have a substantial impact on the rental and operation of our rodeo bull due to its electrical components, necessitating rigorous safety protocols. To protect our equipment and team, and to ensure a pleasant experience, we have established the following guidelines:
Weather Precautions
In the case of anticipated adverse weather, such as rain, customers are required to provide a sheltered area for the rodeo bull setup. We do not supply cover solutions. If no suitable undercover area is arranged, we may cancel the setup to avoid equipment damage.
Refund Policy
Should cancellation occur due to bad weather, a full refund will be given if we are informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time.
Safety Priority
The safety of our team is paramount. We will not proceed with the setup if the weather conditions threaten the safety of our staff or equipment.
Communication
We will verify the weather forecast with customers prior to the rental date. If you have any concerns about the weather or the ability to provide a suitable setup area, please contact us promptly to discuss alternative options.

We now have 2 Hire rates to make it fair for people not requiring the castle all day
Half Day: This is for hires up to 4hours. suitable for indoor bookings or outside for just a party time.
Full Day Hire : This is up to 8 hours hire and more suited to events or Garden parties where the castle or equipment is required for a longer period of time. Our collection cut off point is 8pm after this time you would need to select overnight hire

All of our inflatables are tested with Rpii. Pipa or Adips tests annually and without these tests public liability insurance is INVALID please make sure when hiring your inflatable that certificates can be obtained for yours and your children's safety.
Please check you have entered your email address and contact number correctly for confirmation purposes on any inquiries form or email. When booking your party please allow at least 30 minutes each side of the party for setup and removal purposes.
On booking in will ask what time you would like us to arrive this is not the start of the party time and should be at least 30 minutes prior to start of party. collection time should be 30 minutes before you need to be out of the venue (if indoors) this gives us time to get the equipment out.
We cover all of the Plymouth area with free delivery a small delivery fee on the outskirts. We also do Bouncy castle hire in Saltash, Callington, Liskeard, Landrake, Ivybridge, Tavistock, Yelverton, Yealmpton, Brixton and surrounding areas.
We are Members of The South West Of England Professional Hirers Group which ensures we follow all BS14960 -2013 Rules and regulations regarding Inflatable play equipment.
